Deposit of one night's rate is required at time of booking, for a one to three night stay; for four or more nights and special packages, 50 % of the total is required at time of booking.

Owl's Nest Inn Policies:
Deposit may be made by credit card, money order or personal check. Deposit is refundable, less a $25.00 cancellation fee, if notice of a cancellation is received at least 14 days prior to arrival date (30-day notice required for certain special packages and also in the month of October).   Early departure falls within our cancellation policy.

We have a two night minimum on weekends and a three night minimum on major holidays. We also have a three night minimum on weekends in October and two night minimum during the week in October due to the leaf season. There is a 30 day cancellation policy during October. We reserve the right to not rent the cabins for ONE night at anytime.

Sorry, but we cannot accommodate guests’ pets in the inn, but they are welcome in our cabins. Children 13 and up are also welcome in the inn. We strictly enforce a non-smoking policy. If smoking is detected in your room, a $250.00 cleaning fee will automatically be charged to your credit card.

Engadine Cabin Policies:

Deposit is refundable, less a $35.00 cancellation fee, if notice of a cancellation is received at least 30 days prior to arrival date (30-day notice required for certain special packages). Early departure falls within our cancellation policy. Balance is due upon arrival.

We have a two night minimum on weekends and a three night minimum on major holidays. We also have a FOUR night minimum on weekends in October and THREE night minimum during the week in October due to the leaf season. Our policies are subject to change due to special events, and festivals. We do offer a weekly rate for the cabins. Please inquire when making your reservation. Take Interstate 40 to exit 37.  Go south 0.1 mile to traffic light US19/23.  Turn right and proceed 0.5 mile to entrance on left.
